Did you know that four out of five people effing hate their bank? So, it shouldn’t be that hard to get people to switch to a credit union right? Switching to a credit union should be easy, right? Turns out it isn’t. People stick with what they know—even if what they know is a mess of hidden fees, bad service, and zero personal connection. This campaign pulls no punches when it comes to the way most people feel about their banks—and the inertia that keeps them stuck there.
